I really enjoyed this book. I am very eager to read the rest of the series and even more work from this author.
I received this book as a gift from the author in exchange for an honest review. I loved this book. I couldn't put it down. I will be recommending this book to family and friends. I will be reading more of P. Windham's books in the future.
Having never read this author before I took a chance. So glad I did. The characters are rich in their development. Being that it incorporates the paranormal is quite interesting; a romance built for reading. Well written, the plot takes you on a ride through the lives of Cleate and Elf Dove. After a plane crash forces the pair to help each other to survive, the really good stuff happens. A wonderfully woven story with touching moments that kept me hooked page after page. Thank you P.C. Ok first of I have really enjoyed this book. This story set in the modern times of Native Americans, Medicine men and spirits was well written and you was able to follow the story all the way through. When Elf Dove came into her medicine she didn't know love was also right around the corner. As destiny has a strange way of intertwining in our lives she became stranded with one of her passengers. Love know no bound and Elf Dove definitely shows us that in this story. I give this book 5 angels )
This is an excellent book. There is a really well built romance between Cleate and Jayla. It builds throughout the book and it's obvious they're going to be together a long time later on. It's one of those things where it's bound to happen regardless of neither of them wanting that kind of a relationship at first.
Every good romance story, if you were to remove the romantic parts, you would still have a great story. This one does and it hooked me from the very beginning. I had to see what would happen. There are plenty of unexpected twists and turns that kept me guessing.
One other part that didn't interest me too much was the majority of the characters have paranormal abilities. The abilities are quite believable though and did add to the story.
I would like to congratulate the author on what I feel is quite an accomplishment. I'm already looking forward to reading the next book in the series.
